The Lean Introduction training is aimed at all personnel groups within the company.

The training provides basic knowledge about Lean culture, Lean management, the history of Lean, Lean tools and principles, and clarifies the differences between Lean and Six Sigma.

During the training, an understanding of scientific thinking and True North leadership is established.
Participants will also learn about the principle of “Daily Management” and how it can be easily implemented and started together with staff.

Participants will also be instilled with Lean value concepts, and the necessity of eliminating waste (Muda) will become clear to everyone. The training can also include a waste observation session.

5S training is aimed at all personnel groups within the company.

The training provides in-depth knowledge of the 5S methodology and how 5S relates to Standard Work, Visual Management, Error Prevention, and Kaizen.
After the training, all participants will have sufficient knowledge to develop 5S together in the workplace.

During the day, the intention is also to visit the customer's Gemba (where the work is done) to observe where 5S could better support daily activities and how 5S may already be supporting daily work.

The training on Understanding, Analyzing, and Eliminating Waste is designed for key personnel, specialists, supervisors, and individuals involved in development activities within the company.

This programme offers foundational knowledge of Lean principles, Lean culture, data-driven management, and essential tools.
It explores value concepts within the Lean framework, examining how waste emerges in processes, methods to identify it, and strategies for its elimination.
Participants will also gain insight into the significance of standard work in waste reduction and the role of 5S in uncovering waste.

Upon completion, attendees will appreciate the importance of waste elimination, understand its origins, and be familiar with the tools available to address it, enabling them to effectively apply waste elimination practices within their organisation.

Depending on the participants' expertise, the start of the first day may be adapted, for instance, to focus on a specific challenge at a customer site.
Prior to the training, a process phase at the site is planned to be recorded for use in an exercise; if recording is not feasible, AtP!'s visual materials will be used.

Standard Work training is designed for key personnel, specialists, supervisors, individuals involved in development activities, trainers, and anyone responsible for contributing to the design and development of work methods.

This training equips participants with the necessary tools to implement standard work within operational settings and to drive its ongoing improvement. Alongside fundamental principles of standard work and continuous improvement (CI), the course explores Training Within Industry (TWI) and its application in work standardization and onboarding, as well as learning and teaching methodologies and Lean management practices.
The primary emphasis of the training lies in understanding the components of standard work and its effective deployment.

Additionally, the programme delves into the Toyota Production System, Lean principles, and Six Sigma, providing insight into concepts such as waste reduction, value-added activities, Lean culture, and data-driven management.
The training also highlights the significance of the 5S methodology and Visual Management within the context of Standard Work.

Upon completing the course, participants will be capable of developing a Standard Work model tailored to their organisation, which can be independently maintained and enhanced through the application of the acquired tools and lessons.

Participants will also embrace the concept of built-in quality through the practice of standard work.
On the third day, a collaborative exercise is conducted to practically demonstrate the importance of standardized work and to introduce methods for investigating and improving it.

A3 & Problem Solving with KATA Coaching is designed for key personnel, specialists, supervisors, and individuals engaged in development activities who are responsible for driving improvements within the business environment alongside staff, as well as coaching new problem solvers within the workplace.

The course offers foundational knowledge of Lean culture and the application of the A3 tool through the PDCA (plan-do-check-act) cycle. Emphasising a coaching approach, participants actively practise techniques using the KATA method, equipping them to serve as effective coaches in future problem-solving efforts.

The training covers Lean organisational values and principles, coaching competencies, and technical skills, enabling participants to select and apply appropriate problem-solving methods tailored to specific situations. It also highlights how these methods contribute to enhancing production or business processes to better align with customer needs and organisational goals.
Participants are encouraged to constructively challenge the "status quo," recognising that positive inquiry is essential for successful development.

Based on participants’ proficiency, the initial part of the first day can be adapted—for example, by focusing on a particular customer site challenge or allocating additional time to deepen understanding of the chosen tool.

Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Coaching is aimed at key personnel, specialists, supervisors, and those involved in development activities within the company.

The training provides basic knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Lean culture, data-driven management, the 5S methodology, as well as LSS tools such as the DMAIC problem-solving process and project management.

A person who has successfully completed the training can act as a leader of small local development projects or participate as a specialist in broader Black Belt or Green Belt projects.

The training provides Lean organization values, principles, leadership and personnel relationship skills, as well as technical expertise and the ability to select and use the right Lean & Six Sigma tools and methods for the situation, and an understanding of how the method is used to improve production or business processes to better meet customer requirements and business objectives.

Exceptionally, the training lasts 3 days. This ensures that participants leave with more than just a certificate.

The training meets and partly exceeds both ASQ's and IASSC's generally accepted Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt competence requirements.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training is a results-driven course that empowers organizations to achieve strategic goals and lasting improvements. Rooted in Lean thinking, the course engages participants in collaborative problem-solving and continuous innovation, focusing on removing obstacles and streamlining processes for impactful and lasting change by focusing on what truly matters.

Designed for future project leaders and teams, the training equips participants with analytical and systematic problem-solving skills. The curriculum covers the identification and resolution of complex problems, prioritizing key development needs and breaking them into manageable tasks. Green Belt leaders work closely with their teams to apply Lean Six Sigma tools, ensuring effective and sustainable solutions.

Participants learn to align improvement efforts with organizational strategy, develop skills in problem analysis and root cause identification, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The course includes practical tools such as DMAIC, process mapping, statistical analysis, and project management, with real-world exercises to ensure immediate application in the workplace.

CI-Specialist Training is designed for key personnel, specialists, supervisors, and individuals engaged in development activities within an organisation.

This training delivers in-depth knowledge of Lean principles, continuous improvement, Six Sigma, Lean culture, data-driven management, and a variety of Lean tools.
Participants will also gain foundational project management skills.

Upon successful completion, attendees will be equipped to serve as Continuous Improvement Specialists within their organisations, leading development projects such as Kaizen events, PDCA cycles, and other project methodologies. They will also be qualified to act as CI consultants and coaches employing the KATA method.

The programme covers Lean organisational values, principles, leadership, and interpersonal skills, alongside technical expertise. It emphasises selecting and applying appropriate Lean tools and methods tailored to specific situations, and understanding how these approaches enhance production or business processes to better fulfil customer needs and organisational goals.

The course spans 12 contact days.
Participants are required to have a defined development project or task.
Between sessions, each participant receives approximately one hour of support before the next training day, totalling around five hours of guidance.

While a Minitab licence is not mandatory, having access to software such as Sigma Magic is recommended. Despite its name, Sigma Magic provides excellent support tools for Lean and offers a one-month free trial.

Daily Management - Coaching is aimed at those acting as supervisors in the company, especially in operations.

The training provides basic knowledge of Lean, continuous improvement, Six Sigma, Lean culture, and numerous tools in the Lean world.
The coaching focuses on the supervisor’s role from the perspective of daily management. The training provides tools for people development, visual management (SQDC + 5S), problem solving with the team, understanding value concepts for clarifying goals, measuring work and results, and selecting and using the right metrics (KPIs).
